Your initial visit with our office will include a thorough evaluation of your dental health. Our staff will take intraoral photographs and any necessary digital x-rays to help establish the baseline for your dental health. Our hygienists will perform a complete periodontal examination, oral cancer screening , and in most cases, a complete dental cleaning. You will also have a full dental evaluation with your dentist, and also have plenty of time allotted for consultation and treatment planning with the dentist. On average, these initial visits may take up to 2 hours, and this time is reserved especially for you!
If time permits, we will send you a New Patient Packet with information and forms prior to your initial visit. When you arrive for your first visit, please be bring your completed forms and all your insurance information. If you have any questions regarding health forms or insurance prior to your visit, please contact us. If you did not receive a New Patient Packet in advance, we will provide you with one upon your arrival. Please be prepared to fill out a few registration forms at that time.
